Nuncio Pelli ( Aversa , 1540 – Naples , 1608 ) was a lawyer and jurist Italian .

He was the author of commentaries on Consuetudines Aversanas, published in 1605 , by collecting the customary rules of origin of the Norman-French city of Aversa.
Nuncio Pelli is buried in the Church of Santa Maria of Constantinople in Naples. His burial tomb is still visible in the left transept of the church, leaning against the pillar that supports the arch of the dome: the lawyer is portrayed semi reclined in 15th clothes, resting on a high base covered with marble, adorned on the sides by coats of arms of his family.
